If you have a 1Password account, sign in on your new device and all your items will be there. To sign in on a new device, you’ll need your Secret Key. You can find it in your Emergency Kit, or in 1Password on your authorized devices. Drag and drop to fill in other apps on your iPad. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Dock. On the Dock, touch and hold 1Password, then drag it to the screen. To open 1Password in Split View, drag it to the right or left edge of the screen. When you have a 1Password membership, you can access your data everywhere you need it. Any changes you make on one device are immediately available everywhere else. There’s no limit to the number of devices where you can use 1Password. Install it on all your computers and mobile devices to always have your information with you.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Tap Settings > [your name] > Password & Security.
  2. Tap Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password or device passcode, then enter a new password and confirm the new password.
  4. Tap Change or Change Password.
  5. Sign in with your new Apple ID password to access Apple features and services.

  2. Click Password & Security.

  • Your new Apple ID password must contain at least eight characters, a number, an uppercase letter, and a lowercase letter.
